Conditions
The following information is published for information purposes only. The detailed regulatory conditions are those set out in the Particular Regulations of the XXII Clásica de Tenerife, which you can download below.
♦ Deadline date and timeafor the submission of the pre-registration application:
- Friday 22 September, at 20:00 hrs via:
- e-mail: info@clasicaTF.com
- web: clasicatenerife.es
♦ Fill in the form with all the information requested
♦ Maximum number of vehicles allowed: 125
♦ The allocation of numbers and starting order will be at the discretion of the Organisation.
♦ A provisional list of registered participants will be published on 12 October and a final list on 16 October.
A Route Book (Rutómetro) or Road Book will describe the total route, as well as the time controls, checkpoints, stages, sections, sectors and the liaison and classification sections (where the secret regularity controls will be established), and will be delivered to each team at the Closed Start Park, or at the time provided by the Organisers
Teams must, under penalty of exclusion, fully respect the route indicated in the Road Book, except in cases of force majeure, decided by the Event Management or by the competent authorities.
There will be a calibration section available to the teams, which will coincide with a kilometric measurement or fraction thereof, so that each participant can adapt their measurements to the Road Book.
The Organisers will take out insurance to cover any civil liabilities that may arise from the event, in accordance with FEVA regulations.
Participating vehicles must have SUFFICIENT COMPULSORY INSURANCE, so that participants will be liable to third parties for their own civil liability and therefore exonerate the Organisation of the XXII ClásicaTF from any liability arising from the ownership and use of their vehicle by the mere fact of registering for the event.
Each participating vehicle will be given an identification and welcome kit.
This includes, among other things, an event badge, which must be attached to the front of the vehicle and must not cover the number plate.
Two adhesive identification numbers will also be provided, which must be placed on the left and right doors of the vehicle throughout the event.
The organisers will provide a tow truck and several workshop vehicles to help in the event of a breakdown of the participating cars during the event.
The fee includes accommodation in a double room for double occupancy at the Princess Hotel (Fuencaliente, La Palma) for two nights on a half board basis.
Lunches on 20 and 21 October are also included.
To extend and/or bring forward the stay in Tenerife, participants should contact info@clasicatf.com directly. The corresponding costs will be borne by each team.
The inter-island transport consists of boat tickets for the round trip from Los Cristianos (Tenerife) to Santa Cruz de La Palma, including vehicles.
If you are coming from the mainland or from outside Spain, please consult the rates.
For transportation by closed truck from anywhere in Spain, you can contact Grúas Pedro Vivar, by phone +34 629 132 949, or by e-mail gruasvivar@yahoo.es.
